Type 97 is the civilian designation of the the QBZ-97 military rifle.
I think that is the right way around.

As far as I can tell (having built one) The stock is a regular G3 stock, the handguard is the SG1 grip, and there's a silencer on the end. Looks to me more like your standard acessorised G3SG1.
