Para Ordnance P14! Must be a WA base with what looks like a PGC frame, probably a prime slide -very nice. Always wanted a Para Ord, so much nicer than 2011s!

Re: 1911s + Variants
Para Ordanance P14-45, for me it's the missing link between 1911 and 2011 :p
I just got this fom the UKs #1 WA builder Mobius Strip,
"It's a WA SCW1 based Para Ord with PGC metal frame (very rare) along with Prime Para PXT metal slide. Very nice too if I do say so myself.
Glad to see it's in good hands
"
There is P14s available frequently for sale, buy one :p.

A quick and successful dry/test firing of the missus' Springfield Armory Operator M1911 (I think she makes an excellent camerawoman
)
Rocking out... With my Heckler & Koch out...!

Keeping it simple, in all senses of the word!
KWC M1911A1... 100th Anniversary Edition. Full metal, C02 blowback. 350 fps tested today @ 25 degrees!
Such wonderful blowback, I would upload the video of me wasting the 18rnd mag, but here's the FB link if you're really interested (works even if you have no FB):

Sorry, photobucket being a fool and won't upload video. :p

Re: 1911s + Variants
Bought this off here second hand:
After an afternoon at Mr. Cripps lovely shop, we have this:
Upgrades:
New TM 1911 slide
PDI 6.01mm TBB
Nineball hop rubber
AIP nozzle
Steel knocker
Shooter's Design metal outer barrel
MEU trigger
The grips were hand crafted straight from Thailand, made of Brazilian Cherry. Shoots great, looks great and feels great.

Re: 1911s + Variants
Thanks, my plan was to remain as faithful to the TM/Real Steel design while getting the best performance out of it.
I have to say though, Mike certainly is the best person to go to for anything 1911/hicapa related.

I agree. It is real a shame that he's starting to move away from 1911s now though too.

Iv posted this one up before but I thought I'd put it back up now that it's finished.
Started life as a TM meu it now has guarder frame and slide, hurricane mag well, trigger, mag release and slide release. TM nightwarrior barrel and hammer, black inner barrel and nineball hop rubber.
As usual Let me know what you think.
