As it happens, you are wrong. The specific defense against section 36 of the VCRA 2006, doesn't mention anything about having to be over 18. Just that it can be shown, it is to be used for permitted activities.

Registration still has fuck all to do with the law. Being over 18 is a requirement to buy a RIF. But it's my betting the RIF in question still belongs to his father, or was gifted to him. Either of which are legal. Check section 40 of the VCRA 2006 for clarification.

This post is going to derail your thread, and I apologize for it. I don't mind if this thread is locked and my posts deleted.

This is the first time in about 4 months I've chipped in with anything vaguely law related. I wasn't offering an opinion, or telling someone they're an idiot. I tried to phrase that nicely. Probably came across as sarcastic though. My sarcasm always seems to come across as serious... I'm pretty much fed up with the way people have started to talk about "The Law", and I thought in this case, where I actually know, and can site reference to what's going on, I would. So, I appreciate you don't want me derailing your thread, but I'd also just like to point out how fair I was, about making my point. Not in a grumpy way, rather in a casually defensive manner.

I think you've done a really good job there by the way. Very crisp, very easy to follow and replicate. It's a good tip. If I was planning a digi-camo scheme, I'd certainly have a look around my local smiths.

when ever this law stuff comes up there is a massive argument and then it never gets solved with anything lol

this thread is about didgital camouflage and methods of how i did it. not a discution. i for one hate scrolling through this on a night after work so please no more.
i welcome questions, gratitude and more importantly other peoples feedback on how it can be possibly improved and whether they have done it differently so the 2 can be compared.
NOT FOR ARGUEMENTS!
