What should you do if a player isn't taking hits and there are no marshals present

hi guys i am a lown wolf sniper and i am wondering what you do if a guy isnt takein hit and ther isnt a marshal around


i aim for the head and make sure it hurts

Most sites state that you remember what they looked like/what they are wearing and report it after the game. That person should then be watched the rest of the games.

X-site usually follow someone thats been tagged and that marshall will then get quite close and shot that person to see if they take the hit.
This has worked a few times as I reported someone, the marshall shot them but they didnt take the hit just moved around the tree to avoid being hit again - lets just say the marshall had a word with him

Just because someone else is breaking the rules doesnt mean you should sink to their level. IT might not be against the rules, but stuff like that isnt in the spirit of the game. Just go and get a marshall and report them. Alot of sites are really cracking down on cheats- GZ for one- so if he is cheating, he won't be for long.

I think I remember said incident. Don't think Ive seen him back there. Marshalls seem to really be the only effective way of dealing with cheats, as in my experience, if its a deliberate cheat, shooting them more or in a more painful place doesn't help, as they just dig in further. Going and having a quick word also works, but they can always deny it to another player. Informing the proper authorities on the field is nearly always the best course

If he hasnt seen you, get closer and drill him! Make sure he feels it! Dont go for head shots. Hands, back sides, tops of arms. All places where skin is exposed, or where there clothes are tight.

If you cant do that - get a marshall to em!

As the boss says. The sites where we play are very pro active. Call yourself out go see a marshall. They then follow and check him out. If he indeed isn't taking his hits they stand right next to him all day.

How would you llike to play a game all day with a bright Orange or Green Hi vis shirt stood right beside you. puts a big downer on the day for them. Persistent cheats at the sites we play at are asked to leave and are life banned.

One word of caution. Don't take it into your own hands as some will suggest on here. I got myself a 6 month ban from The mall for wading into three such idiots. They were banned for life, but I had a was told to come back in 6 months. Use the marshals, that's what they are there for.

You play at a naturist site then westy? Exposed bums and the like, or is it a building site?

I tend to act in a childish manner and target the person for the rest of the day if he doesn't learn his lesson after I've laced him a few times (fairly I might add, I will still take all my hits) I will tell a marshall.

With a sniper its a pain, if people cant see you then theres a higher chance of them not taking the hit/thinking they can get away with it. If i shoot someone, see them flinch/see clothing move from the impact i'll either radio a teammate to call over a marshall, or take a second shot at a place where they really cannot deny being hit

I'm not a player who uses comms, but this is one situation where it can come in handy. Just radio that you're having an issue and there's bound to be at least one player with a marshall near who can let them know.

Shout for a marshal or do what i do (if you have team mates with you) walk upto them (most likely get shot doing this) and stand by them and watch them. you will be out of the game but you can act as marshal.

Jfox - good misinerpretation of what ive posted. Would be quite funny to shoot a naturist in the tit!! Providing they had eye protection an all that!!

Call a marshall is the best course of action. Before you do that however, think to yourself "Are my rounds reaching said player?" If they are, think about whether the player can actually feel the hits - eg are you hitting player on a chest rig or similar? If you can rule these options out, then go speak to a marshall. Whilst I advocate marshalls keeping an eye on players for non-hit taking, I'd be pretty p*ssed off if I was shot by a gas pistol at close range, compromising my position, just because some n00b thought his uber two-tone M4 could hit a coin at 100mtrs!!! Before you call cheat, just make double-sure that your BBs are actually hitting the target!

If I see one, usually a small Delta kid with his mates, I give a spray to the legs. If they still don't take it, shout for a marshall, or ask Rampage to get the 40mm's out.

We had a guy who was awful for not taking hits, we made him wear no more than a t-shirt so he could feel them..he has improved greatly but once he was sprayed painfully enough he shouted ow and ducked for cover! a medic went over to heal him,

Cheater:what you doing?
Medic:well you just got hit and im the medic!
Cheater:ah, but only just!
