    I stand corrected, I think Badger is right, but i also think you might be running a hi-torque gearset with a hi-speed motor, that can't cope....otherwise single would do the same thing. so it seems it makes the rotation allright, but then with auto it might be the timing that is off, is there a delayer on the sector gear?

      Sounds like sector slipping on the piston rack.
      But possible pinion slipping but never seen/ had
      That happen to me.
      What piston you got metal or poly??

        Does look a little bit like a stripped piston in the last bit of the video, but even if so I can't explain why the piston isn't returning forward. As above, check the piston head is securely fastened to the piston and check that the spring/piston/cylinder all move freely (and are greased). If the piston head has come off the piston and is moving around inside the cylinder that might explain some of your symptoms.
