    hi all

i got a g36 yesterday and had my first go today, i noticed that it is miss fireing every so often. so i had a look down the feed tube and saw this

it looks to me like the upunit is there cause it moves if you push it with a screwdriver...

does anyone know how to sort this or is it the mag not strong enough to push pass it.

    cheers

    Re: g36 help

hmm, ill point my buddy this way as he's got a few g36's now, you might find it better to see the problem if you take the magwell off its held on by two pins and is simple to remove.
back in the game after 12 months away!

hmm, if you could take the magwell off and take some more photos that would help as at the moment your camera is ficusing on the magwell and not the point that your having problems with. I will open up one of mine and see if i can find the bit your looking at.

if it's rubber, then yes it's the hopup rubber, and it's miseated. Take out the hopup chamber along with barrel, and reassemble it.

That makes sense. It stilll could be a chamber issue. Open it up and have a look.

Ah, I was just about to suggest the body has snapped allowing the hop unit to move back, but the hop unit snapped instead. Never seen that before.

Anyways, buy a new hop unit and it'll all be dandy!
