Most of the time they can be repaired, the cost of airsoft specific springs is insane.

unless the trolly was already broken, or you are very ham fisted and broke it yourself,which is highly unlikely as its quite a sturdy item, I would check to see if its seated correctly first, its easy to fit it slightly off its rail where it can move but gets stuck
