    Re: 30-40rps... doable?

more to the point.... why would you want to.. that's a mid cap in 1.5 second, a high cap you couldn't even wind up in time.. and a low/real cap in the blink of an eye..

any poor bugger on the other end of it probably wouldn't be too happy either!

        Explanation time.
Lee, at the precise second i pressed the quote button on my phone there was only one pic showing on my screen.
Although my reply was short i was doing other things at the time so there could have been other replys, i didnt know.
Im not usualy a t^*t, but your reply that contributed nothing to the thread either before or after, coupled with the fact that my entire home was at the time 1" deep in water pi**#d me off a little.
Why not contribute rather than complain?
        Sorry guys

Because it pee's people off having to scroll down continouslly through pics that came up 1 post ago. Anyway this is not a thread regarding quoting pics so take it to pm or end.

If you're doing for the sake of doing, fine.

If you're doing to skimish, you might as well be happy with 20-30 rps and enjoy a little length of usage.

ye i think ima stick with the setup now. simply because lipo is so expensive, the battery the charger. plus id end up spending more on cracked and sheered pistons

From experience i would say just try a cheap esky charger/balancer and a single 20c 7.4v.
I think all an all you can get the 2 for under £30
Then if you still dont like the idea drop me a pm i will at least have the battery off you.

haha, win win situation eh. its for CQB so high fire rate is allmost a must (in my opinion, obviously not others) its running on a box magazine as of tommorow anyway so running low on amma aint really problematic lets hope.

                            Re: 30-40rps... doable?

There has been a lot of discussions regarding Hi ROF, I have ventured to the extreme and have found out that the most playable low maintenace hi ROF set up is between 25-30 ROF, >30 be ready to spend a lot.......hehehehehehehe!

Set Up for 350FPS without too much modification
                            1. Minimum 7mm bearing GB
                            2. SP90 spring
                            3. piston head with bearing
                            4. shaved 2nd/3rd tooth of PB (swiss chess it if you want)
                            5. Spring guide with bearing
                            6. stock gears/hi speed gears.
                            7. hi speed motor (we prefer M120)
                            8. Power source of your choice (I normally use 9.6v 3300-3600 NiMh/ 11.1 lipoly 12C-15C.
                            9. 7.4V lipoly can easily give you 20ROF

You can easily attain this, measured using audio analysis!
                            27 spikes/sec. = 27bb's per second

Note: 7.4V lipoly can easily give you 20ROF
                            I wish this could help!
