    I had this problem a few weeks ago, where I didn't install the wires on my M14 right, and the battery ended up connecting positive to negative... Whoops :p
    If you've changed any wiring in your gun, maybe that would be a place to start otherwise it seems to me like your gearbox is locked up.
    Good luck with your problem though :D
