Generally speaking yes. But you can use them if you know your gear box is in tip top performance. There is one in my DSG. Not sure how quick it is but it seems to be quite a bit quicker than my M41 and thats 40 a sec...lol...:D

Mate sorry to butt in but if you are doing a high speed setup a m95 spring wont work as it wont return the spring .

Well. I had 35 RPS on a m95 and a SC piston with heavy head(silent) and there has been no problems over 1000 Rds. But it was a Element spring and it was awfully stiff!

There must be a point at which you have to measure which one's faster based on the pitch of the gun firing!

Of course, but not when you realise the trigger slide is buggered and you have to poke it with a screwdriver to work...lol...
I will however sort that out tomorrow as I had to go home and didn't have time to strip it today.
