I had to take a little off the sector gear teeth so they were more inline. and a little off the case where it rubbed when closed. ( as the teeth that were out of line were pushing the spur gear a fraction and making it rub on the case wall)
Just glad the pain is over

Unfortunatly working on gear box cases is a common thing, I would be supprised if I had to work on prommy's parts though.

its a clone gearbox shell, unfortunatly theres always a chance for a bit of incompatibility.
All sorted though thats the main thing.
