    Im going to re open it up tonight and have a look.. maybe im shimmed it wrong??!

    It fires fine, then once it over cycles on single ... thats when the motor gets very hot.. I may also see if i can somehow get the thriiger to make contact slightly before.. as it may happen more if I quickly pull the trigger in semi...

    can you post a pic of the cut out lever?!
