If the BB's are being chopped, then it may be because you are using m4 mags, and not scar mags, as a mate had a WE scar, and it worked flawlessly with the tan scar mags, but chopped every bb with m4 mags.

Re: WE Scar BB's stuck in barrel/BB Choppinh
I have m4 mags for mine and its perfect. Plus the black scar is sold with black m4 mags.
Reference the bb's getting stuck, look on YouTube for a scar strip guide and take out the hop unit to look for any imperfections.
WARNING. Post may contain traces of sarcasm. If you do not understand this, I pity your existence.

[QUOTE=Danny_boy85;586259]. Plus the black scar is sold with black m4 mags.

Nope , it's sold with black Scar mags
Identical apart from the thickness of the rubber at the top of the mag !
Scar mags have a slightly thicker rubber which is why using the wrong mags could cause chopping.
That said I have used a scar mag in my M4. HK416 etc without issue

Yeah with yours I would placea decent bet on it just being the pre hop rubber which is easy to change and only costs about £3
