I read that a couple of weeks ago i think and ive looked at all sorts of shops that sell outer barrels and alot of those say they will work for a normal m9 but not the ptp,lol. I think i might just get rid of this barrel to be on the safe side then i wont always be wondering if its going to damage the gun or anything and ill just cut a thread into the polycarb barrel and fit the silencer on that. Although i do quite like the barrel now ive polished it all

did you have problems with this pistol last week where it wasnt firing properly,and a piece of metal fell out...what happened did you manage to fix it?

Welli bought it second hand off someone off here and they said it was fully working which was a lie and it didnt fire at all, the trigger return spring snapped straight away and they gas block has 2 little metal runner type things on it and one of those snapped off but when i looked the other was missing anyway so it was broken before i got it and the loading block thing was missing the little spring and the pin and also the mag plate wouldnt stay on so basically i was lied to and sold a non working gun but ive sorted a pin and spring for the locking block and sorted the magazine base plate. Just need to order the gas block thing and outer barrel and trigger return spring then everything will be sorted

you bought this of Cxxx kxxxx, and paid £110 for it?
to be honest...that gun was Fcuked....its obvious that there was some serious problems with it...you should have listened to people on this forum and sent it back to him..after a month its a bit late now.
that gun should never have a metal outer barrel, it messes with the system, apparently in order to put a metal outer barrel on it, the unique blow back system which makes it special is compromised...and you may have lost the intergrated loading ramp and locking block
also i wouldnt even fit a silencer on it when you do get a new outer barrel, i dont think its a good idea ....
fortunately all the parts that you need can be purchased direct for KWA USA, you need to get on their website, register..then you can get all the part numbers from their exploded diagrams....after that you have to phone them direct to order the parts....
in the end you could have a perfect working PTP, but the money you would shell out, would have covered a new one that you can buy in this country

Yeah i bought it off him and paid £90 for it but when i spoke to him i got no luck basically as he said it worked fine when he had it etc so fobbed me off basically. Ive been in touch with kwa usa and they said contact kwa uk which i have done and spoke to there technician and he will order the barrel and parts i need which is helpfuill. Just need to get some money together now to get the parts i need

yeah if they havent got the parts in stock they order direct from taiwan which is good. Still pretty pi**ed off about my gun though as i now have to find more money for parts and wait for them to arrive from taiwan which sucks. Ive got a nine ball under barrel mount for the m9 which i might sell to get some funds towards new parts for it

lol, i saw it and thought i might aswell buy that as its gonna be about £30 or more to get the parts to fix my gun anyway. Ill get mine fixed soon aswell so then ill have 2 fully working m9 ptp's. Ive gt a nineball under barrel mount spare so ill put that on the tan one and leave the element under barrl mount on my black m9. I wanna get a tac light for one of the guns and a laser for the other i think
