I'm also wanting the same thing but at 300 fpsish, so this thread is helpful!

at 300 fps you`ll want to take 2 teeth off the piston at 25rps to avoid pre engagement and Id think maybe a 3rd at over 30rps.

Watch a bunch of youtube video`s showing different rates of fire till you find what you think you want, remember really hi rof can end up with you having to do loads and loads of custom work to get it to no dry fire and or blow up too

but under 30rps is pretty easy to get.

Just buy a kwa pdw its not an mp5 but you`ll get around 30 rps with an 11.1v out of the box lol

Thanks for all your help guys you've been brilliant with some really good ideas! Im looking for a build along those lines then, when I eventually get around to it i might out source the acctual building and production of the gun while I provide the parts and everything. If I offered a financial incentive do you think anyone would be willing to do it?

Errm due to the unique way zero in is funded I always worry about talking about doing repair or upgrade work for people ? Ive not been to bed yet can someone save me from reading the rules lol

I`ve only had 1 mp5 in bits before and that was a TM one lke I say g36`s and M4`s I can do with my eyes closed, Im sure theres a few people on here including me who if you posted the gearbox to would be able to spend some time doing some work on it for you. As you`ve all-reddy noticed time is money lol.
