I'm not entirely sure what you've tried, but can I just make sure it's not a compatibility issue.
You've got new laylax sears?
You've used them with a laylax piston?
Or, you've got new stock sears (not worn), and have tried them with the stock piston (in good condition)?

it may sound daft
but i had this/ very similar problem,
it was the new spring guide installed, when it comes slightly unscrewd (by the bearing on it), the piston doesnt catch right
or thats how mine turned out =]

Yeah, that's what I'm doing man. Waiting for a guy called noobie of noobies airsoft to knock me up one of his m trigs. They're awesome!

Never heard of this guy, if you want quality sears (that is if you plan on keeping the VSR) go talk to EdGi. His sears are great I also have a set of the sears in mine from the hobbies place.

Right everthing is stock as you have said

So upgrade the damn sear set as we have suggested lol

then take it from there

cheaper version are laylax
mid range are sears from hobbies of action
high end units are edgi, k trigger and zero trigger
