I would like to know do I need to grease/silicone spray any of the parts before assembly of the parts ?

Re: Gease/Silicone Cylinder Set ?
All I did on mine was was to lightly grease (and I mean really lightly) the piston O ring and rear piston guide, run the piston without spring up and down a few times, wipe off any obvious excess and away I went.
Then a clean up and regrease every game or other game depending on usage.

Re: Gease/Silicone Cylinder Set ?
Either will do, just use it very, very lightly and see how you go.

Re: Gease/Silicone Cylinder Set ?
I allways use "Classic Army Cylinder Grease" its great and long lasting, jsu thte right thickness etc.
Kickass gun lube is too runny and gear grease (for AEG's) is too thick :/

Re: Gease/Silicone Cylinder Set ?
on the piston, no need to do the guide, although a smear around the base of the spring/delrin spacer itself won't do any harm, but thin enough to be barely seen. You do not need blobs of grease of any kind floating about in the cylinder, so be sure to wipe off any excess at all.
