Re: ASHU help
RE-The Spring. I've only used G&P magazines in my AR I describe above. They fed fine however what I remember was their always was 1-2 bus left in the mag after the ashu detected an empty mag. I was thinking of replacing the springs however when loading 120rounds they were really tight toward the end and the hassle of finding and replacing springs was just not worth it for the last few bb,s.

Re: ASHU help
RE- the nub not fitting, can you get me a picture or describe in more detail where the contact is? Whatever you do don't start hacking it to bits as it's the design of that large face which provides the contact on the rubber.

Re: ASHU help
The flat part lies on the hop rubber which is the correct position. But the hole in the hop top where the nub goes through is too tight for it. I dont see other way than trim it down. Ill try and get some pics when i disassemble it again

Re: ASHU help
Are you talking on the sides (shorter side of the nub) or the ends (fore and aft parts looking down the gun?
You could always take a small file to the window in the hop unit however you do want a tight fit not too loose.

Re: ASHU help
I still got feeding issues with it. Sometimes there are 1, 2 or 3 shots where i get dry fire.
Anyone know how to fix the feeding issue?

The only other thing. Have you tried different brands of magazines?

Re: ASHU help
Personally I used G&P 130rd metal mids. They were flawless.
