Are you asking if you can spray your gun another colour other than black ?
If so, Yes - If you are a registered skirmisher and can prove your defence
NO - If you are not a registered skirmisher.
If you are not registered, you can NOT spray or do anything permenant to your 2-tone gun.
You can however cover it with a ghillie wrap/scrim net ect. upon arriving at the site, and then remove it before leaving. (I think all that is correct)
Bert.

Re: UKARA
Spraying them any virbrant bright colour isn't illegal.
Spraying anything that would be seen on a a Firearm is.
So you can paint your gun blue, pink, orange, red,
but not OD, khaki, brown etc.

You have to be 18 to purchase a 2-tone.

Re: UKARA
Yu have to be 18 to own a two tone.
The VCR is a bill which states selling buying importing RIFs is illegal.
Within this bill it oulines groups of people (reenactors, skirmishers etc) who are allowed to own RIF's, and therefore exempt.
UKARA is one method of proving that you have reason to own a RIF but do not need to be registered to buy one.
You just need to prove that you fall into one of the exempt catagories.
