Mmm, I do miss Pelmeni and Smetana

Indeed, OP are you interested in knowing what AK is best on a budget, or just overall?

The LCT AKs are certainly good quality externally, and I've got a VFC but the Real Sword is the closest thing to handling a real AK in terms of feel and even smell

Hi, do you know if the real sword would fit a lonex flash mag in?

            Re: ak47?

Real Sword is a good choice. They may be Chinese Types, but they can be easily modified with a few parts into a Russian one, like I did with my Type 56-1.

Oh, and good luck finding an LCT. I can't even find any in stock on Hong Kong sites. Only place I found a few is in an online Russian shop.

If you're on a budget, CYMA's are a great choice:

            1. They're cheap.

            2. Easily fixable.

            3. Rarely break (never, in my case).

            4. Compatible with after-market AK parts.

            5. Real-steel dimensions on scopemount and front handguards.

            6. They pay attention to detail.

LCT's wood and metal looks really nice, but I've never seen or heard of anybody who owns them who didn't buy them 5 years ago when they actually existed.

If you're not on a budget, well, Real Sword.
