Yep, that's the reason I got it
The Comtacs are actually a bit loud, they have external mics that amplify ambient sound. I had to turn the volume down a couple of times during the day. Direction finding is unaffected.

MINE!!!!!!! getting a camelbak cover and hydrolink within the next week!
Plus I have some suspenders for the belt just waiting on the triglides!

part of my BHD delta loadout ( goggles, drop leg and knee pads will not get here till tue/wed
tri-colour bdus
pantac armor
protec helmet
LC2 webbing set : 4 mag pouches , 2 canteens , butt pack , first aid pouch
home made vest ( built out of an old ripped viper od vest )

not looking forward to lumping this lot around next sunday :P

heres my new to me belt .I've set it up to wear the belt backwards ,and upside down. Its set up for a pistol & shotty game this coming Sunday .Got my colt25, & derringer in the pockets one along to my sig .

backwards so the pistols at the back of the hip, and pouches run all along the front. Upside down so the hump points down rather than up unto my stomach

a happy shotgun day indeed. a nice way to mix up fast play. i also figured out that it fits nicely into my camelbak when i'm not using it. unfortunately it sticks out a wee bit, and i tonked someone right in the boat race with the handle. who knew it was so useful as a melee weapon?!

He's obviously not been shot at yet in that picture, haha! Casshern, how do you get on with your shells just stuck in MOLLE loops like that? I've had mine rattling about in a small general purpose pouch and I was thinking about an actual shotgun shell holder up until now. I have no idea why that didn't occur to me.
