ah scratch that, googling it came back with an order page on uktact, but if you go into the warrior vests ont he site, its not listed there. strange!

They also seem to have it in OD though which is a plus!

I cant wait, it looks like it will be nothing short of epic! hopefully rattle off the oder this weekend/next week, and then sit here and pine for it while my girlfriend wraps it up to stick it in the stocking!

Wrap around the chest mate, I never skirmished with it but I jumped up and down with it on and it went all over the place.

One more question, if anyone does have the Ricas compact, can you fot Ak47 mags in the 5.56 mag pouches? Theyre open top.

Strangely the 7.62 ak set up is only available on the full ricas vests

I'm 6' and not exactly stacked... I still fit in a small T-shirt, even though it is a bit snug. I wear a full RICAS and can adjust it to the point I can happily run at full tilt and jump over stuff without it moving at all.

Are they the open tops?

If so, it will be a right squeeze... You can get 74 pattern mags in them though.

Ah ok. Well there open tops and closed tops.

One compact set up has the closed velcro top double m4 mag pouches
the other has open top and elastic M4 single mag pouches.

On the day, Im running with either an M14, AK47, and I have an M4 on the way, but its not ready to skirmish yet.

Im guessing the double mag pouches will more happily hold all the different styles of mag I have?

If you're not built big, get the compact as it will likely be a far superior fit (unless you're wearing a PACA underneath).

The AK mags probably won't fit in the M4 pouches, they're tight enough with their intended as is. I'd recommend buying the set up you want AND the appropriate number of AK pouches, then selling off the M4 ones (they will sell, especially the double NSR ones (I ended up saving money by doing this with my 901)).

And as for camo - US woodland, CLAW SOCOM, CLAW Bushveldt, French, possibly Vegetata.
