recently had a chat with a guy from a company specialising in CP work, including their nuts training course they run every other month.

The money was good early doors, but from what I hear now, the Market is flooded. Bear in mind, it isn't all ex SF lads. When the yanks took over Basra cob, they used kenyans or nigerians ( I can't remember which) as their PSC.
Palmer, I some how doubt if you are Joe public and go on one of those CP course you are on about, you will end up making mega bucks in kabul!

Yes mate all back , been back a few weeks just been training hard lots a pics bro.

Yes bud they use alot of TCN due to cost . like just now they using Ugandans for $700 a months guarding bases and expats get about $8000 avaerage so they know who they are using , PSC world is a hard game nowadays. Alot of guys get out army and think they will make there fortune. not going to happen unless there is another war , solet starts one in Iran.

im home for a bit but should be going back out soon, been offered couple of jobs, just taking a bit of time out to re coupe batts. play some games etc

Hey all, i've been throwing together a PSC kit, was wondering if this sounds about right?

Tan Cap
Bolle Ballistic Safety Glassess
Shemagh
Initial Layer (hiking top, its damn cold up here just now)
Shirt/Hiking Fleace depending on temp
Warrior TMV in Tan, M4 Mag Pouches and some smoke pouches
Dark Leather Belt, tough old thing
Fobus Holster for a 1911
Tan/Khaki Trousers (Primark specials, look ok though)
Tan Medic Pouch (attached to the belt, use it to hold 4 extra mags)
Black Viper Drop Leg Mag Pouch (only used on those longer games)
Tan Combat Boots, not leather, Mil-Tec

Primary: G&G GR16 - M4a1
Secondary: Tercel 1911

Here is a pic of a couple of us from a few weeks ago, i'm second from the right, wearing a black cap as the tan one hadn't arrived yet.

Kit looking good bro. no real recommendations, if its what your comfortable with rock on. The TMV is an awesome vest i use at work and also softing, really good for kit carry. the overall look . looks good. maybe one comment, ditch the gloves. get full fingered ones, looks like something from police academy. Lol

lol cheers mate, actually planning on getting full finger versions of the ones that i have on, possibly in tan, too damn cold to have fingerless gloves on this time of year anyway

No probs bro. does have the overall looking goodness. would be happy with that. get a ID card dandling or on the arm for it to look complete. all contractors ie DOD ones use a CAC card

try that for images , the card is being revamped just now with a new DOD card but that one is the standard issue for all DOD contract/PSC for access to bases etc and US controlled areas.

thanks for the list bang, I hate wearing camo as such and normally just where og trousers, black tshirt and black mollie but have been wanting to fine tune it towards a psc look and to have someone who actually does it and knows the little details that make all the difference in getting the look right

Ok here's mine, tbh I was trying out different pants I've picked up, everything else is from Zero In and Zero One.

Now what I will say before I get torn apart is, it's a functional loadout, there are 2 glocks in there one aep and one gbb and the mp5 mags on my side are actually extended glock mags, 2 gbb ones and 1 electric, will probably change this to 2-3 electric when my co2 glock mags turn up as this will reduce weight of the plate carrier considerably and I can live doing full auto on standard mags or just the aep one.

The scar I could see PMC using in the next few years with the US Military moving away from them, and the peq box on it is one of those mosquito molds grenade launchers :D

Stab in the dark Prada mark?

Looks good bud , the thing about PSC/PMC rigs its what comfortable. my only gripe is you want it to look less like a airsofter.

I take your point, but it's all designed to be functional the GPS is even there for marking bases so I can find them easily on new sites and I wear the full face mask when I play so got to make sure the loadout doesn't mess with that.

I still want a Shemagh, not sure if I should get OD or Desert and I'm going to get a buff to cover my head before I put all the straps for the comms, glasses and mask on, it will get hot but we're in England so not that hot.

I think generally I'll be wearing the grey pants but in summer switch to the light khaki colour and a black t-shirt.

But thanks for the input Bang, all your posts were taken into consideration when putting this together.

It looks good, from what I can tell. Functional, comfortable, can't ask for much more, I guess.

The glock up in the armpit seems like a strange place. It kinda looks like you couldn't fit it anywhere else. That said, if it works for you, then so-much-the-better.
