Nice, I've got an Eagle SPC but it's minus the cummerbund unfortunately.

A lot of them seem to be without the cummerbund, I think I read somewhere that they switch the spc one out for the older MTV version which are pretty hard to find

Not sure about the cummerbund but I know it was common to use the MTV side pouches with the SPC but it could be that they just put the cummerbund on from the MTV, pouches and all

sorry for sounding like the definition of an idiot if im wrong but I thought the mccuu shirt has no Velcro on the arm pockets

That's what I am going for. I've got the paca and mbss unfortunately the pacas green but owell anyhow I wanted to check the pouch configuration before I went and purchased them plus I plan to swap the hydro pack for a assaulters pack and buy a small square pouch to use as an ifak
