I'm not disagreeing with you, as CD said, you go with what you know, but then Gatwick Airport isn't exactly an open battlefield (other parts of Crawley maybe...) but the Police patrolling there use the G36C

When I was walking through heathrow I spotted the Armed officer with a G36c, he had a magazine locked onto the loaded mag, if you know what I mean?

I saw clearly a 5.56 on the top. You could also see through the magazine that it was loaded with 5.56's. (Slightly overkill in my opinnion but hey ho).

I have never seen the Police walking around Heathrow with G36c's, always MP5's.......even when they've assisted with aggressive passengers or just come to visit us in our offce.. MP5 and Glock seems to be standard for them.

As for the SAS dont they still use MP5 full or folding stock????

Just got a quick question I'm not sure if it's already been asked in here but does anybody know where to get a rescue knife fir the pig skin nimrod vest? I've found somewhere but was hoping to get one cheaper than £40 any help would be brilliant

Andy , it doesn't matter how many times we tell folks these things they will still only believe what they have seen on tv or internet

Have you seen any pics of the possible standard issue replacement rifle on trial?

MP5SD1 and MP5SD4 Look hard to handle the Recoil being as there is no stock

Its only a 9mil not a 50cal I have shot a firends 9 in the states and the recoil is not that noticable.

Gaz, we have the stirling CRW day coming up soon, so should get some good pics of the kit in action then mate. Meanwhile an old one of my kit from 2008 and a pic of our squad at FCS bristol courthouse.
