Re: Green Mountain Rangers.
Not all convicted prisoners. Mostly only those that served time for violent crimes. As far as Im aware, the 'attempted rapist' who served a year in Reading had no license conditions. Hes even been accepted in, and is off on selection soon.

Re: Green Mountain Rangers.
Nope.
It doesn't just encompass violent crimes, its anyone who's served time at her majesty's pleasure.
section 24 of the 1968 Act
Supplying imitation firearms to minors
1)It is an offence for a person under the age of eighteen to purchase an imitation firearm
2)It is an offence to sell an imitation firearm to a person under the age of eighteen.

Re: Green Mountain Rangers.
I believe its anyone who has served 3 or more years that has restrictions place on them after release.
Dont quote me on that.

Re: Green Mountain Rangers.
Was he sentenced to 18 months though or sentenced to 3 years and released early?

Re: Green Mountain Rangers.
going way too far off of topic, & on emotive subjects such as "attempted rapes", seriously, this will get out of hand.
as for the GMR, or any other team of walting wankers, on either side of the pond, i think we've established that:
1. they're banned at a number of sites, mainly on the basis of unsafe play, which makes them a liability for site organisors & airsoft in general.
2. their tosspots who need to get a grip, & play by everybody elses rules, or alternatively leave airsoft before someone gets hurt.
I propose we don't give them any more time on this thread, with conjecture on alledged "heroic" (LOL) deeds or other BS, but we do maybe start a thread entitled "LOOK AT THESE WALTS, NEARLY AS BAD AS THE GMR", where we post up links, pics & humourous comments to show other players & teams we spot "walting".
who knows, it might make the dubious players out there stop & think about how stupid they look & how badly they represent our hobby.
imho.

18 months, no more no less.
Right, tbh I'm surprised this thread has lasted so long, its gone slightly off but not to far.
Tackle sums it up pretty well on his last post.
GMR are cretins full stop.
Mods, do as you will, I think this thread has now run its course.
