I'm in the middle of a transaction, item was paid for on the 3rd and I was told it would be posted on the 4th, it's still not here and the seller has ignored all of my PMs even though he has been on Zeroin since then

Then i think no answer to PMs or the Emails Paypal sends out would point to the fact that maybe you are being stitched up im afraid.
Just leave it a little longer though, as daft as it might sound right now there could (and i use the word lightly) be a genuine reason.
