I switch it around for woodland/CQB, and it needs optics, rail covers and it's own mags, since I currently use my L85 ones.

Big issue I am having is charging Lipos though, I was going to skirmish it today and tried to charge one last night, but roundly failed, despite reading the manual three times and following the instructions to the letter. I am going to persevere with Lipos, and maybe get a different charger, but in the meantime I want to get the gun running.

Does anyone know if there is absolutely any precedent at all for a different stock set up, particulary a crane stock? I can't imagine their would be, and I haven't seen one, but alot of people here know L119's inside out.

Alternatively, is there anywhere that can do NiCd/NiMh batteries that will fit in a stock tube? I am not one for opening up full auto on everything, so it might be a viable alternative as a short term fix. Sort of like an AK/MP5 stick battery but shorter.

I like that actually, nice mix between realism in terms of pattern, and practicality in our environment with the colours.

What are you using to create the snakeskin type pattern on it?

I think is pretty good but it needs to be worn in a fair bit. WAY to shiny still.

Yeh tell me about it, I'm sure it will have a few chips after it's next game, been trying to throw my 16" about abit today to get it worn proving to be harder than it sounds lol

Or a PEQ15, you can have batteries made to fit in there for about £16 each.

But if you can try and stick with the lipo's as they are a much better battery in so many ways.
