I thought It would be awkward, more used to under barrelled m203 position

Although a quick search of google "scar with eglm" shows I'm completely wrong

I just think that its not obstructive in that its far enough away from the pistol grip to not interfere with even the fattest of fingers, and its easily accessible to any of the unused fingers on the pistol grip, probably without even moving your trigger finger.

Took the dusting off and gave it a cleaner look. ordered dark earth railcovers and stock. should be nice.

Built a new M653 upper this morning for my rifle. This isn't the right lower receiver the other has a Magpul ASAP plate and a MOE grip but its essentially the same. The stock will be painted OD to match the hand guards. All in all I am very very happy with it, its much more streamlined and lightweight than any set up I've used before!
