So here it is after a few coats of stain. Very happy with the results. Ended up using Ronseal Rosewood stain.

Bit of an AK Designated Marksman effort ..... It's just an AK with a Silencer and Scope on it and is not internally upgraded in any way so didn't want to stick it on the DMR Thread.
