If its like anything else made by Ares, it will be along the lines of 'externally top line, great build quality, great finish, feels nice. Now for shooting, oh, internally its not all that great, shoots ok but not brilliant.'

Yeah that's the general view on the msr I think looks nice but average performance, doubt it's anywhere near the performance of a tm vsr but would be intersted in a review

It looks like a Leupold Mk4 M2 variant scope. Those scopes are very expensive, so its possible he's using a replica, there are many airsoft versions around.
