Seals in Vietnam

I have an XM177e1 on the way and am going to takle a mish mash VN seals loadout.
I have a chicom that I want to use as its so comfy. Anyone have any pics of there impressions, or advice/info on this loadout?

Cool, Id say M56 webbing, Light blue Jeans, ERDL jacket and either a beret, bonnie hat or bandanna, they hardly ever wore M1 helmets. If thats not your style then how about tiger stripe?
Just some quick ideas of the top of my head

erdl jacket with tiger stripe trouses, jungle boonie/scrim scarf, chicom and m56 belt with 1911 holster, cantina, and pistol mag pouches? sound sealish?

These guys are apparently SEALs.
No Chicom rig but what look like the pilot survival vests and M56/M67 webbing (the guy on the far left has 2 M67 pouches)

Whats Quantum Leap? Ive never heard of it. And yeh thats what I thought but they did. Ive seen photos and stuff I just dont know what the exact reason was though :?

Not sure about the SEALs but SOG used it during the Nam war. The UZI and he G3 and HK33 were also used at times.

+1 also the uzi and sten and tommy gun etc... guns that worked in the jungle with no problems. What was the HK LMG they used aswell?
