My Mk7 Lookalike, converted from a 2002 base with milliput and suspension system from a Mk6. I have an MTP cover for it, and will get sniper tape/NVG mount to finish it off just as soon as I can make it fit right, at the moment it is headache inducingly tight since I have a fairly large head. Failing that, I'll sell it and get an Airframe :D...

Really loving it keep it up guys but i would really like to see the MTP and sniper tape on that mich 2002 ,
anyway i have just adapted my helmet for winter use what do you think ?

Its generally for taking pics of headwear.

as well as it being part of my job i've been collecting militaria for about 25years and i've probably got close to a hundred different caps/hats/helmets in the collection. i quite often buy to sell on and a foam head is useful for taking pics for ebay.

Normally my mk6 is in a pile of about 15 lids dated from 1936 to around 2000. (off hand i've got 2 MKIIs, an MKIII and MKV, MKV 'riot visor' and MK6, a WWII para helmet, a 90s AFV helmet and a UK 90s dispatch riders helmet in the brit kit... add to that a russian m68, a czech 50s lid, WWII german, an east german M56 and a modern police riot helmet that i can remember at the mo... there may be others.

The soft hat/caps collection is much larger

All correct and i've jumped it. Just waiting for my Gopro Hero 3 Black Edition camera and NVG mount to arrive and hopefully get some good Parachuting and Airsoft footage.
