Green fee- How much would you pay?
1 April, 2011, 19:23
Just a topic of general interest for me, with lots of sites varying in price on their green fees, but just wanted your opinion on this hot topic?
Personally i think no more than £25 for a non members green fee.

Re: Green fee- How much would you pay?
To be honest I feel a little robbed if I pay more than £20!
If a site wants to charge more than that, they got to earn it. Longer hours (some places you lucky to get 3hrs of games in a day!), decent structures/site and have a good crowd.

for a non member,
depending on hire packages, could be £25 -£60 including lunch

And im talking about with own kit.
Personally, if i wanted to send £35 or more, i wouldnt have bothered getting my own kit, and just rented each time i went...
Waste of money,,,

Re: Green fee- How much would you pay?
well i think i would try a site at least once and not worry about price as long as its not ridiculous
but it would have to be a good site and friendly people/staff ect for me to repeat going somewhere which i would class as being expensive
Traded with me? please leave feedback as will I

Re: Green fee- How much would you pay?
ours is, £25 walk on with lunch, 10:00-4:00 ish with an hour lunch in the middle, if your a member and play 2 consecutive weeks, its a tenner walk on with lunch the 2nd week.
can rise to £60 if renting gear and kit, buying bbs and pyro, being somebody who owns non of his own stuff
Edit: i really want to play longmoor mod camp, looks great, but its a 30 green fee, does anyone play here or have done, would like to know more if im paying that much.

Re: Green fee- How much would you pay?
Same, £15 is plenty, that's what my local charges and you get your 4th game free, £10 for the members only site.
I'd go higher obviously depending on the site, but it'd have to be the cream of the crop for me to willingly part with 30 odd quid, we're not paintballers after all!
Most people don't/can't afford to play more than 2 or a times a month if it's much higher
