its meant to be some sort of competition target pistol,and what can i say ....its not pretty but 14 years and not one replacement part,its robust.the front part is some sort of weight i believe its meant to steady it or reduce muzzle climb but its removeable.

Newest Addition.. A Repainted Detonics .45 Combat Master Army full metal externals... Tm Internals Pretty hefty for such a small pistol!!

I know what it is. My brother has the same. Its a HFC HG-125 based on a colt competition pistol. Sounds like a cap gun when you fire it. There good fun to use

regular sized pistol mag,its gas in mag so pretty normal

Just got some parts for my 1911!! started life as a marui MEU. just installed:

Nine Ball full recoil guide and spring
Airsoft Surgeon metal body and barrel: Springfield Operator full length dust cover version
Airsoft Surgeon complete upgrade Kit
Ergo XT tapered Grips OD

My TM 1911a1 with new wooden Purple Heart grips that arrived this morning - I have to say, i'm very pleased with them.

Marui MEU with full Guarder upgrade kit (external and internal) and realsteel wooden grips.

Only thing i want for it now is a chromed outer barrel and some tritium sights.
