I'd prefer one I could slide a peq box lipo into with a small red laser/or flashlight but don't know of any

Guarder i think make a PEQ15 with a lame torch and useless laser. Afaik there isnt a decent all in one + external power. Ive just bodged up my own battery box + torch, using a broken M951.

My recoil ScarH,
with laylax front rail ,madbull DCNT muzzle, t1, dbal, afg gen1 and replica m600 with offset mount.

Does the TM M4 Recoil shock have a cylinder spring quick change?

No. Although if you take the stock off and dont have a spring fixed to the piston you can take it out the gearbox without opening it, but this requires an aftermarket spring, as the standard is fixed.
Although why youd need it i dont know.

I would need it to up the stock fps from 300 to 350/370

The spring is attached to the piston. So first swap is a gearbox opener.
