Having done a huge amount of CQB in the tunnels, this isnt uncommon, Iv had full auto fire from about 8 feet to the face, that smarted somewhat, drew blood and gave me a fat lip and 2 blackeyes cos I was hit on the bridge of the nose. Iv seen some one in the same place get shot in the face and the BB went through the gap between the lens and the rubber face seal on a set of Bolle X800s, he was left with the comedy ratteling round the goggles for the rest of the game.
Also taken a point blank moscart to the face as I walked around a corner, the guy was kneeling and blasted me. A few choice words were said, he got removed for dangerous play and moscarts were temporarily banned from the site.

The first day I used goggles, I got shot on in end of my nose and on my upper lip. Carried on using them though :D

I have been airsofting a year but I play at urban and cqb sites. In that time I have seen 3 teeth knocked out and a face shot close range 4-5 times each as bad as that photo from the mall.

Got one in the lip which was a bit sore at the mall last week. I've had a BB surgically removed from my jaw.
The worst pain ever was getting clipped on the bit of skin between nostrils at 90 degrees. That one stopped me in my tracks.

My mate shot a guy in the eye last week who only wearing goggles then he tried having a go at my mate for shooting him....errrr hello its airsoft!! then he decide to sit the game out but he sat on a active bunker with a group of guys on the opposit team then he had a go at me for shooting the fish out of him although i was trying hit the other guys...

Ive shot my mate in the mouth, snapped most of one his front tooth off, we were plinking and our rules are that there is no minimum engagement, i hit him at about 6 metres, and he was only wearing mesh goggles, so hit him in the mouth and bam, snapped out.

Guy I know got shot in the forehead at close range with a Systema Red Cylinder, worst part was he lent that gun to his mate who shot him!

I got shot in the upper lip, the nose, and my cheeks, from about 25m all in one spray. That killed, especially since they all hit me around the same time.
Also got point blanked in the inner thigh from about 2m away; my friend just pulled out his gun, not even in a game scenario and fired a burst into my leg. Happy times
BOOM!
