Very nice AshUMP, once the paint wears a little it will look EVEN better!!

What paint colours and brands did you use by the way? What is the rusty type colour? (lower + a little on the rails)

I use halfords spray paint.

For this i used:

Grey Primer
Camo Brown (The dark brown)
Lada Cream (Light khaki colour)
Volkswagen Brilliant Orange (Bright orange!)

Would've used their camo Khaki but I had ran out

Absolutely love my SR25, nice and light, decent range and accuracy.
Compared to my M14 EBR which is a beast to lug around!

G&P based L129A1....







Would love a 6 x ACOG on there, thinking of scratch building one using a normal ACOG as a base.
For now though the scope will do nicely, still accurate

Built back in the day before you could buy them off the shelf! SPR MK16 MOD-0. Build list is on my old PC, got a genuine ARMS Swan sleeve to put on once it's sprayed to match the gun.

Had a couple more parts turn up for the Scar!
Got a prommy tightbore and firefly hop in there. Just have to get the spring and gears done and I should be happy then :p
Long barrel and suppressor makes the scope look tiny :/

You're right. Scope looks tiny. I thought it was an ACOG at first glance! Great build though, there's not many Scar-DMRs.

Cheers, I was going for what I'd seen -Drake- do, my attempt isn't quite as good sadly, and I think i used a slighly thicker mesh (i used scrim net)
