    just remember a gas mask in truth doesn't really give you much protection from smoke so do not think you are safe if the room if full of white smoke and you just sit there! Thats why fireman dont just where gasmasks and have great big oxy tanks on there back

      the gas masks would help, more than the bog standard facemasks. and yeah, without a BA system its always going to still effect you.

        Ya I know what you mean about it not fully cutting out smoke, usually you can tatse it after maybe 4-5 mins anyway... But for me its all about what will do the most protection, even if its only a reduction in something. I also usually wear custom earplugs as well which drastically reduce the noise of grenades, but to some maybe thats taking it a bit too far.

            Of course it isn't! I was merely making a point in saying that airsofters tend to take a lot of rubbish out into the field. I've seen people take MREs out for 2 hour games.
